Privacy notice

This website is operated by Pet Shop 6 Bahçelievler. Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the data controller is Pet Shop 6 Bahçelievler (Yukarı Bahçelievler Mah. 54. Cadde No: 3/B, Çankaya / Ankara).

What the site collects

The site has no accounts, and no personal data is sent to a server. Your basket and delivery details (name, phone, address) are kept only in your own device's browser storage, so the next order is quicker. They are removed when you clear your browser data.

Ordering on WhatsApp

When you choose "Send order on WhatsApp", your order and delivery details are prepared as a WhatsApp message and sent to us from your own account, only when you confirm. The message travels through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies. We use the message to prepare and deliver your order and, if needed, to contact you. We do not share it with third parties and do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

The site has no advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart, orders and reminder are stored only on this device. The map is loaded from Google Maps and only if you allow it in the cookie settings; that area is subject to Google's cookie policy. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to access your data and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. If you want us to delete our side of your WhatsApp chat history, you can ask in the same chat or in writing at the store.
